Use only the payment details for your current order, never an address sent in a private message.
Check the network and currency in your wallet. For USDC, USDT and SKR on Zabana, use the Solana network shown at checkout.
Keep enough funds for network fees. Do not reuse an old invoice, and respect the displayed expiry time when there is one.
Never share your recovery phrase or private key. They are not needed to get support.

The SOL option means native SOL on Solana. Do not send wrapped SOL tokens instead; follow the exact instructions for the order.
Can I use Phantom to pay in SOL?
When a Phantom payment button is offered, you can use it with a compatible wallet. You can also follow the payment instructions without linking a wallet to your account. Always check the amount and recipient before approving.
Do I need to connect or link a wallet to buy on Zabana?
For a regular order, you can follow the payment instructions without connecting or linking a wallet to your account. You still need a compatible wallet or service to send the cryptocurrency. Some actions, including on-chain auctions, require a wallet signature.
How much should I send, and what about fees?
Send the amount in the currency shown on your payment page, not the listing price in dollars. Allow for network fees separately. When paying from a Solana wallet, keep some SOL for fees even if you are paying in USDC, USDT or SKR.
Why is my payment still pending?
Payment detection and network confirmations can take time. Check your order status and the transaction in your wallet. Do not send the funds again without checking first. If the delay persists, contact Zabana with your order reference and transaction ID.
What if a currency is missing at checkout?
Use the options actually offered for your order. A method may be temporarily unavailable. Never send a different currency or use a different network with the displayed payment address.
Can I request a return after paying with crypto?
Check the listing terms and Zabana’s return policy. Sending a transaction does not give you an option to cancel it from the website. A return or refund request must follow the process for your order; approval is not automatic.
