How to create a clear product listing on Zabana

A useful listing answers the buyer’s questions before they have to ask. Precise details matter more than exaggerated claims or a long list of keywords.

Describe the item you will actually deliver

Write a specific title with the brand, model and relevant variant. State the condition, included accessories, defects and any repairs you know about. Keep the description consistent with the photographs and the selected options.

Enter a genuine manufacturer identifier only when it matches the exact product. Do not invent an EAN, a serial number, a warranty or an authenticity certificate to fill a field. Never expose customer data in a listing.

Use images and stock information buyers can trust

Make the main photograph easy to understand and add useful angles or close-ups. Only use images you are entitled to publish. For several sizes or colours, ensure that the selected variant corresponds to the promised item.

Only offer quantities you can fulfil. If a product is a preorder, clearly distinguish its availability date from the transport estimate. A tracking number is not a substitute for describing what will be shipped.

Understand publication and review

Submitting a listing and having it approved are separate stages. Check its status in your account before assuming it is publicly purchasable. If information is missing, correct the existing submission rather than repeatedly creating duplicates.

An on-chain product record can link data and transactions; it does not independently prove the physical item is authentic. Keep factual evidence and answer buyer questions through the marketplace. Do not promise a universal guarantee simply because a token or a record exists.

Questions answered

Should I invent a missing product code?

No. Only provide identifiers that you can verify for the exact item or variant. Explain missing information instead of creating a plausible number.

Is an announcement live immediately after submission?

Check its status in your account. Submission, review and public availability are distinct steps.
