Return Policy

At Zabana, we only sell and ship to customers within the United States and Canada. Orders with shipping addresses outside these countries cannot be fulfilled.
Return Window
You may request a return for most items within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify, items must be:
- In their original condition: unworn or unused, with tags
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
To begin the return process, please contact us at contact@zabana.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Do not ship items back without first requesting a return.
Damages & Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If any items are defective, damaged, or incorrect, reach out to us at contact@zabana.com so we can make it right. We do not accept returns of:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you are unsure whether your purchase is eligible for return, please contact us.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original item (once your return is approved) and place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will inform you if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at contact@zabana.com.
We currently do not accept returns from outside the United States or Canada.
