Inside Zabana

Zabana on iPhone and Android: start with the official app

Whether you discover a product on the web or return to it on your phone, start with the official download links. Here is a simple checklist for installing and using Zabana.

Download from the right place

The Zabana downloads page links to the iPhone App Store listing and the Android Google Play listing. Use those links instead of an APK or an installation profile received in a private message. Store availability can differ by country and device.

Check the app name and destination before installing. An advertisement or a familiar-looking logo is not enough to establish that a download is genuine.

Sign in without confusing your account and wallet

Use the sign-in method associated with your Zabana account. A marketplace account password, an e-mail verification code and a wallet recovery phrase serve different purposes. Never send a recovery phrase to customer support.

Before buying, reopen the listing and verify the current configuration, seller and delivery details. A product saved earlier can have changed since your previous visit.

Update and report problems precisely

Install store updates to receive published corrections. If a screen does not load or a payment status looks wrong, note the app version, device model, time and order reference before contacting support.

A screenshot can help, but remove e-mail codes, payment secrets and recovery words. The web version remains available through zabana.com; follow the checkout instructions shown on the device you are using rather than assuming every screen is identical.
